I can already tell that you will give me lots of laughs and memories
but also put me and my friends through some of the most life changing decisions/ events to place in our lives.
For all our sakes I hope that we ARE stronger and can pull out of this for the better.
There will come a day when you’re faced with the ugly realization that something you thought was true is false, that something you expected to last forever is only temporary, that it doesn’t always necessarily get better, and that despite how much you give, you’re not always going to get in return. You’re faced with the options of either feeling alone in your struggle and giving up on ever making things better, or you can open your eyes and realize that you’re not - that there are others like you. You will feel lost, you will feel gutted, you won’t want to get out of bed, and you’ll even wish you weren’t alive at all, but knowing how to overcome these feelings and not letting them consume you means success. It won’t be instant, it will take time, and some feelings of bitterness may never fade away, but believe you’ve the strength to move forward.
